I cannot say enough about Dr. Palangio. She has been seeing my relative who has been progressing with dementia over the past 3 years and helping me work through the process. Dr. Palangio is compassionate, thorough and extremely perceptive in her evaluation of my relative who doesn't quite understand what is happening to her. She has been my doctor for almost 10 years. She's an amazing doctor but most of all just a beautiful person and wants to help in any way she can. I'm so glad I found her.
Dr. Palangio is great. I have no problem with her. However, I do have a problem with whatever the unpublished policy is about being late. I drove there in the pouring rain stuck in traffic for an 8 AM appointment. If you call anywhere up until 8:05 to let them know you are running late, you can’t get someone or leave a message. The receptionist said the policy is you can be 15 minutes late. I said I was and she said no I was 18 minutes late. She said it was not fair to people behind me.
