Very helpful and communicated well
My husband and I have had a homeowner's policy with Kim Nybo's State Farm office for 15 years. We've always received solid service. But, when it came time to file our first claim, that's when she and her staff really shined. Madeline and Corynn helped us dot the "i"s and cross the necessary "t"s, and Kim called us personally to check up on the claims process. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier.
