Gage was very helpful and thorough! He made sure to follow through when I called both times. It was a pleasure to have him help me and I really appreciated his kindness and friendliness over the phone. Even when he wasn’t available the second time, he made sure to call me back and address the issue to handle it himself, as I had requested since he did a wonderful job helping me before.
