Dr. Ni at Virtua in Medford, NJ is exceptional she listens to you, answers all of your questions and offers advice. She truly cares about all of her patients and takes the time to get to know them.
I changed insurance and felt it was time to change providers. After my initial appointment I am confident I’ve made a great choice. The entire staff was awesome, from Dr Ni to Dan at the front desk. I highly recommend this office.
refused to treat me for something i have a history of. on top of that i now have to go in to an urgent care and be tested for the same thing i know i have and wait for the results to be sent out and reviewed to treat what i already know i have. she was also very rude and Wrote on my after summary visit i hung up abruptly, when I informed her, my phone was going to die. I'm moving from another state to New Jersey and finding new doctors was an overwhelming task. I have been VERY pleased in my experience with all the Virtua Health doctors. Dr. Ni was amazing. She didn't rush. She answered ALL my questions, was very knowledgeable, and had a great plan for treatment going forward. I'm happy she will be my primary care doctor in my new home city.
