Well maintained, good size facilities and personnel are courteous
Doctor Ng is a fine medical practitioner. I have been with her for a number of years and confirm she is most reliable professional and thorough. Doctor Ng puts her patient's best interest first and finds practical ways to address patient's needs. She makes me feel like we're working on my best health as a team which gives me confidence and great appreciation for her approach to medicine.
Dr. Ng has been my primary for a while and I absolutely love her. She is kind, an excellent listener and makes me feel safe. My visits are never rushed and she is honest and explains things in a manner that is easy to understand. Whenever I've had issues I send a message via my chart and I get immediate responses. The facility is clean and the staff is kind and courteous.
Dr Ng is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She takes the time to answer my questions and seriously listens to my concerns. Her referrals are terrific - she sends me to doctors who are willing to fit me in. Great follow up care, too.
