I was present as a support person during my husband’s appointment and was never acknowledged or introduced to by any staff or by the dentist (Dr. Luna). This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Additionally, when requesting my husband’s dental records while he was physically present next to me, front desk staff and one nurse (unsure of title) questioned why we wanted the records and gave pushback until I stated that we are legally entitled to them. I arrived for my cleaning appointment and interacted with a young women that never introduced herself. She asked a few medical questions and attempted to take my blood pressure twice without success (first time I've had a dental hygienist attempt to take my blood pressure). Both attempts resulted in an error reading with the wrist cuff monitor. She proceeded to get her tools together to do the cleaning and laid me back in the chair.
