I arrived for my cleaning appointment and interacted with a young women that never introduced herself. She asked a few medical questions and attempted to take my blood pressure twice without success (first time I've had a dental hygienist attempt to take my blood pressure). Both attempts resulted in an error reading with the wrist cuff monitor. She proceeded to get her tools together to do the cleaning and laid me back in the chair.
