I had such a great experience with my new beautician! From the moment I walked in, the energy and atmosphere of the salon were so welcoming. The salon was beautiful, clean, and very well kept, which I absolutely loved. The conversation was great, I felt comfortable the entire time, and the overall vibe was just amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and creating a great experience. I’m so happy I found her and will definitely be back!
I’ve had multiple experiences recently that have been disappointing. While Kim consistently does great work and I’m happy with the quality of her services, punctuality and communication have become recurring issues. For my most recent appointment, I booked a 5:30 PM slot and adjusted my work schedule to ensure I arrived on time. I even arrived 15 minutes early and waited in my car. I absolutely enjoy coming to Kimberly Monae’s hair studio. She has an amazing personality and really explains the products, what my hair needs, what’s working and what’s not, she makes sure I know how to keep my hair healthy while in between appointments. The silk press treatments I’ve received from her have been so refreshing and rejuvenating for my hair AND scalp. She has several different silk press options and she never disappoints. I get excited just to sit in her chair.
Amazing service!! Kimberly provided a sew-in service for me, and I am EXTREMELY happy with the results! I definitely will continue to use and recommend her as a hair stylist. The website is also very user friendly!
