Not sure how my initial review was taken down so I will leave this again. AWFUL experience with this nurse practitioner’s office. The office manager (Kim’s husband) runs the practice and was unprofessional, argumentative, and refused me access to the NP. I was on controlled substances through Kim Massetti’s office and I asked more than once to have a concern escalated; I finally received a call from her spouse.
