The newly refurbished units are beautiful.
It's so so.
Cheap apartments but cement stairs and 20 feet from train tracks. Trains come through about every 15 minutes. Parking is limited and the garages look shoddy at best. If you have a budget, I could see these working out but for a little more there are apartments further from the tracks in a better area
