Budget friendly. Older apartments but not shabby. Quiet neighbors. Management is nice. Bryan (maintenance) is nice and reliable. Been here 3 years with no major issues. Trains run every 15 minutes but you get used to it. The stairs need some work hate the cement stairs but all in all it’s a nice place.
Manger is so fantastic !! Bryan is the best.

All in all it's pretty quiet place I don't have any real issues with it. Getting repairs done in your apartment may take a while. I've been here roughly 8 months and a broken window that was like that when I got here is still broken after three times telling them about it. There is leaves on the stairs often in my opinion creates a safety hazard. But like I say all in all it's a decent place to live
