Took care of me in my time of need can’t thank her enough. She was so kind and nice during the whole process
In January I had a traumatic brain hemorrhage and was placed in ICU in SGMC for 12 days. Dr. Mackey was and is my neurosurgeon who along with the SGMC staff in ICU helped me to recover, continued cared and set other needed services to help me fully recover. Without Dr. Mackey, her staff, SGMC and all those involved I am so thankful for their medical expertise and support.
Kim Jackson is a horrible employee. Zero customer service skills. She literally yelled at me and argued with me on the phone and in person. We stood at the window a good 5 minutes and were never acknowledged. We arrived early and were told very rudely to wait in the hall becasue it wasn’t time to check in. There was no one I.
