Kim Jackson is a horrible employee. Zero customer service skills. She literally yelled at me and argued with me on the phone and in person. We stood at the window a good 5 minutes and were never acknowledged. We arrived early and were told very rudely to wait in the hall becasue it wasn’t time to check in. There was no one I. The waiting room. Kim has been extremely aggressive and rude at every appointment we have had. Today I witnessed her being rude to another employee and using curse words. Lord why I didn't know about this jewel.. dr mackey is so delightful this lady explain everything to you down to every test ever scan every prognosis and all. If there were many doctors as her healthcare would be so much better. thank you Dr Mackey just this short time I love you and the honesty God has given you and care and compassion for your patient is amazing and so needed these hard times I've face.
