easy to make appointment. staff friendly but professional. dr johnson very pleasant and gives adequate time for questions/answers. office not crowded. very professional and minimal waiting time!!!!! yay.
Dr. Johnsons seems very knowledgeable and extremely kind but I did feel rushed during my visit.
I had not been to a gynecologist in over 15 years. My PCP recommended I see one due to some issues with anemia. My young adult daughter insisted I cancel the appointment I had in Ootlewah and call Dr. Johnson. I did. From the time I walked into the waiting room I felt like I was an old friend of theirs. The receptionist is very friendly, I only had to wait about 15 minutes or so to go back to see the dr., Dr. Johnson made me feel comfortable, she also did my surgery a few weeks later.
I love Johnson. She delivered my daughter and is very nice. Answers any questions I have without hesitation. Takes time with me so I can try to remember or explains something if I dont understand. Never pressured me into getting an epidural. (even though i got one anyway) she was a great doctor for me
