Our experience at this audiology appointment was disappointing. The provider came across as impatient and frustrated with my teenage daughter during hearing testing when her responses were not perfectly consistent. Instead of making her feel comfortable and supported, the interaction made her visibly anxious and embarrassed after the appointment. Dr. DeBona is an excellent audiologist and explains everything she is doing very thoroughly.
She was nice, and respectful. I was called in just as my appointment time started. Quick and thorough audio exam. I would definitely recommend.
