Made an appt and waited for 45 mins before being told she was not coming in as she was ill. I said that they need to let her know this was not a good first impression. Rescheduled, arrived and was told they would let her know I was here. 20 mins later she walks in and chit chats with staff. Comes out to get me and laughs apologizing about being running late. Felt poor communication between staff and her. No longer felt she had interest in me and I left.
