I have the email I sent them saying we were not going ahead with an auto policy because Andy couldn't pull our other coverages together. They never acknowledged my email and I was billed for coverage a month later. Andy was nasty about it and they lied to State Farm about it. I am going to pursue my claim against them as I believe the public needs to be protected from unscrupulous agents like them. They should not be in business.
Kim and her staff have been wonderful to work. I have brought my homeowners and auto to them, and in the progress of refinancing my house with them at almost 1.5% . Wonderful people to work with
