I had several disappointing experiences with Kimberly Smith over the course of three visits. Can't say I didn't give her a chance. But unfortunately I won't be returning. My first visit was for an annual physical. While nothing major went wrong medically, I left feeling uncomfortable because her bedside manner came across as condescending. I was able to get a next day appointment. Dr. Smith and her staff were professional and personable. She quickly came up with a good plan to ease my pain and keep it from coming back.

Dr. Smith is very understanding and caring and takes time to listen.

Dr. Smith is rude, condescending and does not know much. She should realize that her attitude won't take her far and that part of being in the healthcare profession requires kindness and humility. Talking down to people she does not even know is quite unprofessional. We will no longer be seeing her or her office in general.
