Dr. Smith is very understanding and caring and takes time to listen.
Dr. Smith is rude, condescending and does not know much. She should realize that her attitude won't take her far and that part of being in the healthcare profession requires kindness and humility. Talking down to people she does not even know is quite unprofessional. We will no longer be seeing her or her office in general.

When my doctor retired in 2016, I tried to get in with a doctor I was told was excellent. However, she was not taking any new patient. Somehow, I was told about Dr. Kimberly Smith. Did I get a winner. She is an excellent dr. She goes over your reports thoroughly, ask questions, ask if you have any questions. She is great.
