I tried to like her. I did. Kimberly Bolling double-books all patients, which means even if you have a 8 a.m. appointment, you could be waiting until 9:30 like I did. That is after another appt I had at 9, started at 10:45. Her staff ADMITTED she double books. She comes off ditsy and uninformed and cannot convey her point without a "like, yeah... ummm" before it. If I were in serious medical trouble and she were still my doctor, I would be concerned for my life. Way too flighty.
