Love seeing Dr. Casten! It’s absolutely remarkable how much she knows and understands about the human body and what it needs to function properly and without pain. She also listens and really hears what you’re saying. She has treated me for pain with endometriosis, pain from endometriosis surgery. I would give her 10 stars if Google gave me that option. Dr. Casten is SO thorough and SO knowledgeable. I cannot recommend her enough!
They changed our appointment to a week out, and we only got a text the day of that it was changed to a week later. They know how to take appointments, just not how to keep appointments, and this is the most important point of the appointment.
My Doctor Dr. Kimberly (Kimbie) Casten is wise, knowledgeable, observant, nurturing and is attentive to my concerns. She gives clear answers to my questions and gives me advice on how to maintain good health. I’m glad she is my Physician. I recommend Dr. Kimberly Casten for your needs; she is an excellent Physician.
Dr. Kimberly herself is great but the staff hasn’t called me back for a month until today as I’ve been waiting for pre authorization for Cortizone shots. Was told as soon as insurance got back to them they would bump me up to an earlier apt. Finally get a Call back saying my insurance has yet to approve it. Which it hasn’t ever taken them this long so I called my insurance myself and they said they haven’t even received a request.
