So pleased with my new hearing aids! Dr.Jones is wonderful! She took the time to explain to me how to use my new hearing aids and even helped me to program them to my phone. I couldn't be happier.
Dr Jones was very nice. Appt was speedy but not rushed.
Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind. Kimberly was excellent. She did a great job of explaining what was happening and made me feel comfortable during my appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and offered me potential next steps which I appreciate. ProHealth for the win again!
Today was the BEST experience I have encountered at a Dr appointment. Excellent customer service from the moment that I walked through the door until I left. Outstanding, keep up the excellent work.
Appointments are scheduled seven months out for an immediate need, so my rating is a 2. This is not a reflection of the scheduler (who was great) or of Dr. Jones (who I am sure will also be great) but of the executive resource managers of ProHealth Care, who are staffing audiology needs inadequately.
