I got a new insurance plan being March first and selected Dr Kimberly Johnson for my primary doctor because she was accepting new patients but when I called for an appointment just to meet her and give her my medical records I was told because I was a new patient I can’t get in until July 😲😥😡 I’m not sure if this Doctor is aware of the situation. Why say you’re accepting new patients if they have to wait for 5 MONTHS to get a appointment for the first time

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend. I get a call today the day of my appointment saying it canceled and I have to reschedule for January. I’ve been waiting on this appointment for MONTHS
