I loved working with Kim and her staff. I had the whole shop to myself with some family for 2 hours. I tried on multiple dresses and found my wedding dress here. Forgive me because I don’t remember her name, but the woman that helped me get into my dresses was so helpful. Helped me know how it should fit and if I didn’t like it, then it was okay. Due to a family illness, my daughter wanted to get married in the next 6 months and Kym was an absolute gem to work with in finding a beautiful sample gown that was ridiculously inexpensive! The shop had so many choices and Kym was so patient and helpful in making sure my daughter has just what she wants to feel special and beautiful on her wedding day. Thank you Kym!

Less than impressed with this place and the two ladies I dealt with. They sucked me into a dress that did not fit , had me bending my elbows and doing stuff to get into the dress knowing that if I had literally gained a pound or two I wouldn’t of gotten in it on my wedding day. And then on top of that tried charging me another $280 to fix the hem and my straps , which is ridiculous. I had a wonderful experience at Kimberly Jaymes Bridal! I came in to Kim's shop after already having shopped at 3 other bridal shops. I am the mother of the groom and I was not finding anything I was in love with until I arrived at Kim's! I brought my date for the wedding and the bride-to-be with me to my appointment. Kim is so wonderful, I can’t say enough words about my dress experience. This store was my very first stop and the only time I ever tried on wedding dresses, and as a more awkward person, they all made the experience fun and easy. I found my dress the first stop and it was exactly what I wanted! The store was able to work with our tighter timeline (we got married 2 1/2 months after finding my dress) for both the dress alterations and appointments.
