Kimberly and her team were great, very pleasant ladies. I hadn’t had a professional haircut in over 8 years due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. I absolutely loved their work and the products they used. I am obsessed with my hair i will absolutely be coming back.
Had a wonderful first time visit and will definitely be back! Needed a new style, just a cut without color or anything fancy. Super happy with how my haircut came out!
Don't ever ask to waive the no show fee for any reason or they go right ahead and tell you you're unwelcome to do business there anymore.
I worked with Kira to manage my “new to me” curly hair. (Like many, I’ve recently found that the actually have wavy hair.) I started with a consultation, but booked immediately because Kira understood my hair AND my desire to keep it as low maintenance as possible. Neww customer so it was my fault for being 15 late, but in all fairness, they had blocked an 1hr.15 min for my apt. They just charged me the 50$ and told me to fly. The door was locked and no one was at the salon when I arrived 15 late. Took another 10 to get the girl so ya by then way late.
