PA Hinz failed to note in my medical records my reported symptoms, her ordering of a requested testing kit for bartonella, the email I provided from a nationally recognized bartonella expert, or the fact the doctor over her, Dr. Gale, refused to authorize her to use the testing kit to draw the labs and ship them. The refusal of testing significantly contributed to me becoming disabled due to limited treatment options for an advanced bacterial infection. Do not recommend.
