I will forever be thankful to Dr. Heller! She's an absolutely amazing Dr.! She's knowledgeable and her bedside manor is great. I truly believe she saved my daughters life and she's the reason my daughter is here with us today! Her staff is also wonderful! Very unhappy with this practice. The office doesn’t allow children to come with you to appointments and they only gave me one option for an appointment. I’m lucky I don’t work because I can’t imagine having a 9-5 job m-f and them being accommodating. It’s ridiculous and very disheartening that I have stress about this while pregnant with a toddler at home.
dr heller is absolutely awesome. she is warm, thourough, non-judgemental and shes cool to boot. the techs are really great and the office is not sterile or cold. my only comment i would second is that its really hard not to bring children as a single mom . i wish i could just leave my 10 year old in the waiting room.
Good doctor. Thorough but how as an OB does it make sense to not allow children or support people in the office with your patient? I was turned away from my last ultrasound because my daughter was with me. Not everyone has the luxury to have a sitter or close family near by to watch. I wish they would at least let people bring their kids if they absolutely have to and dont have sitters available.
