Had appointment I waited 6 months for. Was canceled last minute today, I have a chronic disorder that we were going to talk about treatment plan for. They rescheduled me for 5 months away, this is unacceptable. I had no choice in whether they rescheduled or not. This is not professional at all. Sadly, you cannot expect any better from the U of M at this point. Not the first experience with this place.
Very unprofessional. If you have a chronic or severe issue, do not come here. They will not see you for a very long period of time, then they’ll push you back further.
