Dr. Harden is a wonderful PCP. She is thorough, knowledgeable and responsive.
Haven't been (ptsd) to any primary since their whole debacle in wrongful scheduling and billing for unnecessary medical exams and preventative procedures. Front office scheduled a visit for a particular issue but was later administered and billed for another...unbeknownst to me (not an bill coder). They never corrected such wanton and negligent miscommunication amongst their staff and Kim. Dr Harden is by far the best doctor I've ever had. I needed someone to listen and care about what was going on and she did. She has been a fantastic resource and I am so grateful for her help. My life is better now because of her care.
Dr. Kimberly Harden is the absolute best. I never feel rushed. She listens intently always, even when I ramble a few different concerns to her. She addresses every concern directly. She cares about the whole person.
I made an appointment with their office for June and they rescheduled me a month further out which was annoying because I made the appointment for a medical reason and it’s still bothering but, it’s fine, I get it, things come up. Two weeks before my new appointment, the office then left me a message to reschedule again. When I called back, they wanted to push it out another 5-6 weeks. They weren’t sympathetic at all and clearly don’t prioritize new patients or health issues. Not sure how they have 5 stars.
