Dr. Guo is a perfectly fine doctor to my aunt. Her office staff( whoever answers the phones) is rude. She told me on two occasions that they’re not responsible for my aunt’s records, that they outsource records to a third party, My aunt is stuck in an unacceptable nursing home, waiting for those records. It’s been over sixty days that my aunt’s son has requested her records in order to move her to a better facility. I was practically assaulted with a gynecological exam by this dr when i went in for a work physical. I refused a pap as that was not why I was there but she ignored my refusal. She was aggressive towards me because I asserted my patient rights and disagreed with her opinion about one of my medical issues. So she became quite authoritative with me in her attempt to maintain dominance rather than respect my right to decline services. Very rude. This was years ago. I hope she's grown up a bit since then.
