This rating is for Carter. No credibility with me. You better pray she is not appointed as Guardian Ad Litem in your case. Very biased and incompetent. I’ll do everything I can for the person running against her for 19th Circuit Place 5 Judge. We don’t need her as a judge in Chilton County.
