Called to get an appointment, talking to the schedulor was like talking to a prison guard.
Prescriptions were incorrectly written. Upsold test not recommemed. Overbilled the insurance and us. Terrible office staff. No returned phone calls. Dr and office staff have 2 different policies!!!!!!
I love this office. No-one playing on their phones ignoring you , no sitting in random patient rooms dangling your feet for 40 minutes. Blood test, pee test, stress test, bone density scan, ECG, ultrasound of all the major organs that need watching…all done swiftly by pleasant techs and monitored closely to keep me and my liver on track. Dr. Freeman listens to everything, monitors everything. Some of the worst doctor's office policies I've encountered. A great office to go to as long as you are healthy.
