Ive never in my life seen such poor service. Last year in December I had an auto accident at 5 months pregnant which cause my membrane sac to be ruptured. Which left me on bed rest for several weeks. Every time I call Im told the same thing. Been waiting on documents via email since January which I have yet to receive. I’m a single mom so tried getting a loan to help with bills because I wasn't able to work because I was on bed rest ,in which they suggested I didn’t need.
