Only reason not 5 is most people discount 5 star reviews as over the top and not relevant/helpful. Kimberly is very pleasant, professional, listens well, and presents as being genuinely interested in my overall health. She and her nurses have helped me do all I can to be better informed and make conscious, smart choices to improve my overall health.
