I really like Kimberly. I was very happy that she tried antibiotics with me however, it doesn't seem to be helping me with my symtoms. I am just very tired of being sick and hearing it's a virus. I have had two rounds of steroids, antibiotics, inhaler, all of the OTC meds, and I cannot kick whatever this is.
Kim is awesome! Very professional and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand.
I appreciate the way I was listened to and included in the decisions about my health.
