Arrived to my daughters appointment 30 early. Waited an additional 2 hours for the doctor to see us. Waiting 2.5 hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable.
I absolutely adore Dr.Brooks! I about gave up on having a go to doctor because healthcare has become so profit driven it’s disgusting. Everywhere I’ve gone is just a cattle call where they heard you in & book as many office visits as possible to submit billing code after billing code of any/everything they can. Not Dr.Brooks, she took her time & actually spoke to me like a real person.. like a friend even. I don’t understand the negative reviews although it seems most have been about her office staff. They were all nice at first and all my appointments went smoothly however these past two recent times I went in to a 1:00 appointment which they confirmed and no one was there and the door was locked when I told the lady about it on a separate day she told me it just seemed liked that it should have been unlocked they weren’t picking up their phone and it sounded like a laggy robotic sound type of voicemail. I have seen Dr. Kimberly Diana Brooks over the past few years. Up to this point I am very appreciative of everything she has done for me. It WAS previously a pleasant experience, however I am no longer able to say that. I have had some recent medical concerns that I have been trying to resolve over the past few months while working full time and attending school full time.
