After feeling dissatisfied with her for years over lack of listening, 3 minute yearly check-ups and not ordering proper tests (ignored my complain of hip pain for 2 years - "yes, arthritis, happens at your age"). 3rd year when I could barely get my leg in the car, she decided it was time to order xray.
