Had an appointment and was 10 minutes late. I was told the Endevor's policy is that anything over 10 minutes is a missed visit. Sad they can make you wait (which they did, a 1/2 hour last visit) but you cannot. I cannot get over the 10 minute cutoff. Bad for business. Looking for a doctor now with a more reasonable appointment policy.
