Dr. DAO is a caring, kind, skilled professional doctor who considerately agreed to “double book” me into her busy schedule in October 2024 even though the phone scheduler told me she had no regular appointments for her established patients until April 2025. One wonders why Baycare has a policy of accepting all patients if it results in the doctor’s schedules being so packed that their own established patients have to wait 6 months for a regular appointment.
Dr Dao is amazing. Such a thoughtful and conscientious physician. She provide excellent care and insight.
