Spent an hour waiting for an appointment we had booked a year ago. First thing I asked at check in is how backed up is the doctor. They responded with "oh shes NEVER behind!" smdh. Proceeded to turn into an icicle for about an hour in the waiting room until we were finally called, just to wait another 10 minutes in the room. Total appointment time was 10 minutes. Dr is nice and informative. Listens and answers questions. But seriously what is up with this wait time!???? How is that even professional? No reason given for that... read more
