RUN! DO NOT SEE DR.CLAY! GO SEE ANYONE ELSE. I am saving you your time. She is the rudest doctor I have ever met. I was FLOORED by her service. She has 0 bedside manner. We had to say Hi to her before she said anything to us. She cuts people off, doesn't seem to care, looks down on you, etc. She told us to go get labs and we left instead. We didn't want anything else to do with her! She is just downright rude.
I really like Dr. Clay. She answers my questions, I have a list of questions each time I go.
She seems to not have time and rushed my appointment. I tried to schedule with a different provider this morning. I was told I couldn’t switch providers. Why would I continue to see someone that I don’t feel comfortable with.
Would leave ZERO stars if possible, I normally do not leave reviews but this physician is so awful i feel i must warn others. ...My husband and i went to see Dr. Clay at carilion clinic in roanoke virginia since we just moved to the area in 2023, ...note he has been an insulin dependent diabetic since 2019 on the same insulin and insulin pump routine since then and sees his PCP regularly.
