Dr. Kimberly Clay was absolutely awesome. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed or hurried away. I have told everyone if they need an Endocrinologist to please go see her. I feel blessed to have met her and have some hope my life will start again so that I can live pain free. Very Informative!
I cannot say enough negative things about this "professional." Her behavior was absolutely disgusting. I know all of us have bad days, but that is NO excuse for this woman to be downright disrespectful. I use the term woman here rather than doctor because no one who carries the title of doctor should act the way she did toward her patient. Carilion should be absolutely ashamed to have her associated with them. They should be embarrassed to have their name embroidered on her lab coat, as it is a jacket she does not deserve. What a horrible excuse for a doctor. Rude, rude, rude. Not friendly at all. Bad attitude. My husband was not important enough to her to waste her precious time. She does not listen to what you have to say or your concerns. I went with my husband to his first appt to see clay. From the moment she walked into the room it went down hill.
