She is Very Unprofessional!
She's great!!! She makes sure all concerns are answered before you leave. If you have a problem or need a referral just ask and she sends it. I needed PT but my insurance changed she found me someone in my network and sent the referral Friday & I was seen on Monday.
NO RESPECT FOR ELDERLY PATIENTS SHE GETS RIGHT IN YOUR FACE SAYING "YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME" WHO DOES SHE RHINK SHE IS TALKING TO. I AM NOT HER CHILD. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HER PATUENT RUNS IMMEDIATELY TO HER Rx pad Why not try diet n ecercise first some kindness some caring, Cox should not have a temper tantrum just because a patient brought her A1c down naturally without taking ur insulin Rx drug.
