I have never written a review before but in this situation I feel compelled to. My son had been waiting to see Dr. Burkhart for 6 months. We arrive the day of our appointment to be told Dr. Burkhart was not there. They looked up my sons name in the system and confirmed I had the right day/time but told me the appointment was cancelled for some reason. I never got a phone call stating it had been cancelled. Dr. Burkart is very compassionate and helps my daughter a great deal. We consider her a huge help to my family.
We waited almost 4 months for an appointment and the office called to cancel on a Friday at 3pm two days before seeing us. They decided without seeing him or talking to us he wasn't a fit. A year and a half of behavioral problems at school and us trying everything we could with our pediatrician. Now we have no appointment and no help with what to do now.
