I had a bad first experience in this place. Originally had an appointment done with a therapist they recommended me to see but as soon I got to my first appointment, they gave me someone who was barely training instead … JUST for them to tell me they’re going on vacation for a month or so when I had just vented to them about my personal life and issues. I don't fault you personally. I want to make that clear. You say things like "No mission without margin". You fold people into identity models that are broken. You cling to free will because if you don't your entire industry, and the entire criminal courts system, breaks. I don't fault you for what you don't know. That mental illness can be characterized by either too much plasticity or too much rigidity. I’ve been seeing Tiffanie Hughes as my therapist at Kimberly Boyd Counseling for over a year now, and words can’t fully capture how much she has transformed my life. She is truly in this profession for the right reasons, and her expertise shines through in every session. Tiffanie has not only supported me but has actively guided me through some of the most challenging moments, helping me grow in ways I never thought possible. Additionally, Kimberly Boyd makes scheduling and communication seamless, which is a huge bonus.
This center is nothing short of amazing. From my very first phone call to set an appointment, to paperwork, and paying my copays, it’s all been extremely easy and seamless. I personally see Tiffanie Hughes and she has been absolutely incredible to me. She’s very attentive and flexible, especially when I needed to reschedule. She also practices EMDR therapy which has been borderline life changing for my situation. It’s a shame to see such a low star rating for this establishment but I also saw they were from years ago.
