I needed to sell my stepfather’s house so I stopped by Kim’s office and discussed the situation. She was very efficient and friendly. She was going to get photos to post with the listing and there was some old carpet on the back porch that needed to be removed. I went to the house a couple of days later to remove it and found that she had already done it. Amazing! She kept informed of everything along the way. The entire process was completed so smoothly that I was shocked. Thank you Kim for doing such a great job!
We had an excellent experience with Kim and her realtor team. She is extremely professional. She guided us in what should be done to maximize and expedite the experience. It was so helpful for her to have staged our home. When she had finished staging we couldn't believe it was the same home. Her creativity in staging and social media videos were top notch. Kim was an excellent sellers' agent. Our first agent wanted a quick sale and commission regardless of the circumstances, and Kim took a professional look and said "I can do better", and she did. Her staging was classy and I'm sure pulled us a higher price, her knowledge and communication made sure that there were no surprises, and her negotiation skills after delayed negotiations fell through were critical to maximizing our success. Excellent work all the way around. I couldn't recommend her more.
