Dr. Bethel is a wonderful physician! She is direct, knowledgeable and supportive in my health care needs. I have seen her for 10+ years. And her wait time has decreased significantly from back in the day! It’s only a short wait, and same day appointments are available.
Kimberly Bethel M.D is so great she has been my doctor for many years I'm healthier because of her. She truly cares about her patients I'm so blessed to have her taking care of my health......once again Dr Bethal has out done herself making sure she got me right in when I wasn't feeling well getting me everything I needed to feel at my best. I thank you so much
ZERO stars between both Dr.’s! She nor the MA barely responds to messages in a timely manner or at all! I really believed I had found a good and thorough Dr with her finally after my search. The whole environment is unprofessional and depending on who answers the phone there’s attitude! They definitely need customer service classes as well as when the Dr responds and loves to use all CAPS as if she’s speaking to a child!
