I am very disappointed with the care and overall experience at this OB/GYN practice. During moments when I truly needed medical guidance and timely responses, especially in what turned out to be an emergency situation, my concerns were not adequately addressed. Communication was poor, and messages sent while my symptoms were worsening went unanswered. I got a colposcopy last year. Dr Barrett took me back for surgery hours after my scheduled appointment time. Then she did a terrible job and now I have to go back in the hospital for a repeat colposcopy. I do not recommend her at all. She was nice but apparently not thorough at all. I now have a new gyn doctor.
She's amazing! Answers all my questions in the most honest ways. Makes me feel so comfortable in nervous situations. I really enjoy her and all the staff in that office.
I've noticed some mixed reviews on Dr. Kim but I don't get it. It must be a challenging job. All I can say is that she was fantastic today, for me, as was her assistant. I have emotional struggles with these kinds of exams, but Dr. Kim was professional and uplifting and blissfully brief. She maintained a perfect balance of asking me relevant questions and ensuring I voiced all my questions and got clear answers, without any unnecessary drama or adders. I absolutely recommend her.
Found her uninterested in getting to know me as a new patient. Appointment was rushed. When I asked questions, she made me feel like I was an idiot for asking. Not returning.
