I had a great new client experience. All staff were friendly and accomodating. Terri and Dr. Vollmer were thorough and attentive. I especially appreciated that they worked with and around my toddler while trying to finish our appointment. I would definitely recommend, especially for parents to have an option that is very family-friendly.
As always Dr Suter and her staff are great. She always does great professional care. Glad she is my dentist. I do wish that when a cavity is found I could get an appointment sooner than 2 months to get it taken care of. Addendum: now with a second dentist in the office they cut the wait time in half for follow-ups. They always do great professional service.
My appointment was like walking into Cheers - everyone knows your name and is very friendly. Just didn't get a beer! Maybe next time as I will be back.
