Absolutely horrible. First of all, she was very unprofessional and rushed. I went in to get the vessels in my nostrils cauterized, she didn’t know what I was there for and tried to send me on my way without doing the procedure. Then she huffed when I told her what I was there for. She quickly numbed me and began to cauterize without waiting for the numbing agent to kick in. While a nice provider, the billing experience is a nightmare. I was charged for a full visit to be told over a <60 second call that my results were negative and to come back in a year. I was told that Ms. Scott agrees with the billing practice so please understand what you are signing up for when dealing with this practice.
I’ve been seeing Kim for years and I have had nothing but positive experiences.
