We just sold our house FSBO with Kim as our real estate attorney. We chose her after seeing the glowing reviews on social media, and also because her office was very responsive when we called to inquire about retaining her services. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and gives great advice. She walked us through the process seamlessly and was happy to answer all of our questions (we had quite a few). She also went out of her way to help us close on time after some miscommunication with the buyer led to a scheduling conflict. An... read more
We used Kim Salerno for the sale and purchase of our homes. Her office assistant Karen always answers the phone huffing and puffing like you've interrupted her day by calling, and then sighs again once you ask a question. I had to email Kim multiple times and sometimes still didn't get a response until I called. I called and emailed with a question regarding something after closing and never got a response. She is nice until she gets paid, then she won't even speak to you. I recommend going with another lawyer.
Kim’s office did a tremendous job and made my real estate transaction incredibly smooth. I will be recommending her to all my clients going forward!
Used to be my attorney but the last time I tried to used for refinancing a property she said that she is to busy and find someone else…. Very unprofessional with a client that also recommended other people to use their services.
