Dr. Pilkinton was my obstetrician when she was working in Massachusetts many years ago. I felt extremely fortunate then to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. She delivered my daughter 18 years ago tomorrow, and on this Thanksgiving evening I am thinking about how she used her gifts to give my daughter a healthy start.
