Let me just say I’ve never in my life been spoken to so disrespectfully by a doctor. My mom, who has worked in the medical field for 35 years, and fiancé were witness to her “bedside manners” & were left speechless. She attempted to have me discharged without ever physically seeing me & luckily my nurse disagreed with her “assessment”. I’ve never known a doctor to comfortably discharge a patient they’ve never physically talked to or assessed themselves. After being admitted, she came into my room a day later with an awful at... read more
Dr. Mullin delivered both my boys. I've been a patient of hers for well over a decade and would have no reason whatsoever to complain. She is very skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive to your medical needs with immediacy. She's straight forward and doesn't waste time. She is very hard working and only those who have medical professionals in their own families truly understand the kind of stress these practitoners must deal with. More people ought to be kind to doctors who are truly doing very stressful work.
I've been seeing Dr. Mullin for many years and her staff is friendly. I value her opinions on my health and will go nowhere else. I don't have to wait long from the point when I check in to waiting for the Doctor after her nurse does the intake. I recently had an issue with my exam and Dr. Mullin rushed into action and ordered all the necessary testing when other doctors may not be so concerned. I don't agree with the other negative reviews because I've NEVER had a problem.
Well, I never got in to see her. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, an answering service said they were gone for the day. I responded that their answering machine said that they're open Mon-Thurs. 9:00-6:00. It was 3:00, they were GONE. The woman who answered giggled and said they were gone for the day, call back tomorrow. I said, yeah, if anyone is there. She said, well call after 9:00 haha. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have been seeing Dr. Mullin for over 20 years. She takes time and listens to any problems. The staff has always been great. Usually a long wait time but in this profession emergency's come up.
I have been coming to this office for at least 30 years.....very caring and understanding, and that is why I still come back even after I have moved more than 40 miles away...
Waited in exam room 25 / 30 minutes first time patient. Apologies because of emergency. Then asks if any problems since last visit. I left .
Dr Mullin treats not just the body but the patient. I have been seeinh her for over 20 years and she has never rushed me or brushed off my problems. You can wait when you have an appointment but thatbis because of the time ahe takes with every patient
Great Doctor and staff. I have been coming here for 24 years. The wait time is a bit lengthy but often with what she is dealing with, emergencies can arise and I understand that.
