I waited over six weeks for an appointment. What good is this to me? Called the office for an appointment for a tooth Infection and they told me to see a dentist or go to the ER. Told them no dentist available. My PCP is unavailable when I need medical attention. I had no problems getting an antibiotic from another doctor. It seems the medical field, in general, is failing us. It time to find another PCP. Shop around people. It’s just the way it is now. Overbooked doctors won’t help you.
Have been very happy with Dr Lenkiet and her staff. Very knowledge, kind, personal. I look forward to Drs who are knowledgeable, but those that are personal and take the time to are personal, have a sense of humor and able to exactly discuss any issues, refer one if that is needed.
The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I went in vulnerable with serious concerns and needs and she was extremely cold and extremely rude to someone who is laying out their most personal issues to someone. I hope she does some serious self reflection and considers the state in which people come into her practice and what that responsibility means.
