Dr. Kraus is the most amazing Doctor I’ve ever had. So grateful for her.
The receptionist on the phone was really rude. I asked her why are they trying to build all this patient profile over the phone before confirming the appointment and she told me, if you don’t want this go somewhere else. I said fair enough and goodbye. No wonder why their ratings are going down.
