I saw this dentist years ago. She is very thorough in her approach, which I appreciate. I actually intended to resume care at this practice but was turned off after dealing with scheduling. They declined scheduling my husband and me on the same day because of the potential time lost if we both no-showed (thanks for having faith that we’d just show up). I see the logic, but what happened to customer service? I clarified with “so you won’t schedule us the same day because it is inconvenient for you” to which the reply was yes ... read more
